When it comes to your personal information, I believe in transparency, not surprises. In this document I describe the personal information I collect, what I do with it and your choices and legal rights.
This legal document explains when and why personal information is collected by NoMorePeter (collectively, “I”, “me” or “my”), on this website, applications, advertisements and related services, including emails, newsletters and on certain partner and licensee websites that we do not own or operate but with whom we have agreements (together, the “service”).
With the term services I mean all professional communication, your access to and use of the websites and third party platforms, templates, products, applications, tools and features (collectively, the services) provided by NoMorePeter.

When I collect personal information regarding you or your device. This includes the following:
Usage of services, website and third party platforms. Information from your use of the services, websites and third party platforms. This includes your IP addresses, preferences, web pages you visited prior to coming to my website or third party platforms, information about your browser, network or device such as browser type and version, operating system, internet service provider, preference settings, unique device IDs and language and other regional settings.
Professional communication. Information you provide by sending an email, more specifically your email address, first name and last name. If you mention your website and company name, this information will also be used in further communication about the services I offer.
Contributing. The emails and other communications that you send me or otherwise contribute, such as customer support inquiries or posts to our social media accounts. Please be aware that information published on public parts of my personal website and social media platforms is available to others.
Other information from third parties. Other information you submit to me directly or through third party services if you use a third party service to create an account. This is based on your privacy settings with such third party services.
3. Cookies and browser information
By using this website and content, you give the permission to use these cookies. However, your web browser allows you to change your cookie settings, block cookies and delete existing cookies at any given moment. These settings can usually be found in the options or preferences menu of your web browser.
4. How I use your personal information
I only use the personal information I obtain about you to:

Surveys and contests. Research surveys, contests and other promotions. You have the right to revoke this permission at any time, after which you will no longer receive these emails.
Newsletters. By signing up for our newsletter, you agree to share your email address with the site owner and our newsletter provider MailChimp to receive marketing, updates, and other emails from the site owner. You authorise me to process your personal data for sending newsletters with information about my own services and online publications on my personal website and third party platforms. You have the right to revoke this permission at any time by using the unsubscribe links in the newsletter emails to opt out at any time, after which you will no longer receive these newsletters.
5. How I process your personal information
I only process your personal information for the above purposes when:
Consent. You have consented to the use of your personal information in a particular way. When you consent, you can change your mind at any time. Additionally, if I rely on consent for the processing of your personal information, you have the right to withdraw it at any time and free of charge. When you do so, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before your consent withdrawal.
Performance of a contract. I need your personal information to provide you with services and products requested by you, or to respond to your inquiries. In other words, so I can perform our contract with you or take steps at your request before entering into one.
Legal obligation. I have a legal obligation to use your personal information, such as to comply with applicable tax and other government regulations or to comply with a court order or binding law enforcement request.
8. How I share your personal information
I only share your personal information for the following purposes:
Service providers. I share personal information with our service providers that perform services on our behalf. For example, I use third parties to help me provide customer support, manage my advertisements on other sites, send marketing and other communications on our behalf or assist with data storage.
Process payments. I transmit your personal information via an encrypted connection to my payment processor.
Following the law or protecting rights and interests. I disclose your personal information if I determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect any person’s rights, property or interests or prevent fraud or abuse. In particular, I may disclose your personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, such as to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
7. How I protect your personal information
While no service is completely secure, I am dedicated to keeping personal information safe. I maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards that are intended to protect against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorised disclosure or access, misuse and any other unlawful form of processing of the personal information in our possession.
8. Deletion of personal information
Where the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was originally collected or processed, the data will be deleted. I will delete all personal data after the end of services, or after the expiration date of a contract or agreement, unless it is required to retain the data and personal information by law.
Right to erasure. The right to erasure does not provide an absolute right to be forgotten. Individuals have the right to have personal data erased and to prevent processing in specific circumstances:
Withdrawal of consent. When the individual withdraws consent. They can also demand that their data is erased if they have withdrawn their consent for their data to be collected, or object to the way it is being processed.
Expiration date of agreement. When the individual objects to the processing and there is no overriding legitimate interest for continuing the processing. I delete all personal data after the end of services, or on expiration date of a contract or agreement, unless it is required to retain the data by law.

9. Your rights and choices
Where law requires (and subject to any relevant exceptions under law), you may have the right to access, update, change or delete your personal information.
You can access, update, change or delete personal information by contacting me to request the required changes. Please note that you have to send me an email from the same email address used in previous communications or services.
11. How to contact me
This legal document was originally written in English. I may translate this document into other languages. In the event of a conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version will control except where prohibited by applicable law.
